Before you order

Order timing

Due to the detailed nature of our work, we cannot guarantee stock on short notice of less than one week in advance. Orders submitted less than one week in advance will automatically incur a rush fee of $20 per item. Orders submitted less than 48 hours prior to the needed time may be refunded if we are already booked.

Delivery & pickup

We charge a delivery fee for all orders, depending on location and order size. We prefer to deliver the day prior to your event so that you (and we) know the order has been received — one less worry on your special day.

Quality guarantee

We guarantee the quality of your order at time of delivery. Flowers do best in a cool, moist place out of direct sun when they're not being worn. If no one is home to receive the order, we'll leave it in a cooler box with ice for a $50 fee and send you a photo.

Refunds

Orders under $50 can be refunded if cancelled at least 8 days in advance. After that, there are no refunds — we purchase fresh stock to meet specific orders. Cancelled orders are donated to a local shelter to brighten someone else's day.

Our classic boutonniere is a rose or carnation in one of several colors. Upgrade to a double-bud of the same or a different color for an additional charge. Seasonal options are listed below.

Seasonal options (pending availability)

For other seasonal or non-standard flowers, contact us at least two weeks before dances, or one month ahead for weddings and large orders.

Our corsages come with three primary flowers (pending size and availability), a floral accent, and greenery. Choose your colors, flowers, ribbon, and wristband.
